• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email.
• You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We offer Standard and Expedited shipping within the United States.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high demand during holidays.

3. Shipping Locations

• We currently ship within the United States only.
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses at this time.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment status on the carrier’s website.

5. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed or appears lost:

• First, check your tracking information.
• Then, contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
