1. What products does ChicLady LLC offer?
We specialize in trendy, high-quality women’s clothing including dresses, tops, bottoms, outerwear, and seasonal collections. Each piece is carefully curated to match your lifestyle and fashion preferences.
2. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, select the item(s) you love, choose the right size and color, and click “Add to Cart.” When you’re ready, proceed to checkout and follow the instructions to complete your purchase.
3. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.
4. Is it safe to shop on your website?
Absolutely. Our website uses SSL encryption and industry-standard security measures to ensure all your personal and payment information remains private and protected.
5. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it. Once it has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee any changes.
6. What is your return and exchange policy?
You can return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, contact us at chicc@chicclo.shop with your order number.
7. How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping within the U.S. usually takes 5-8 business days. Expedited shipping options are also available at checkout. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing.
8. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, ChicLady LLC ships only within the United States. Stay tuned—we plan to expand internationally in the near future!
9. How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can use it to follow the progress of your package.
10. What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
We’re sorry for the inconvenience! Please contact us immediately at chicc@chicclo.shop with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
11. Do you restock sold-out items?
Yes, we regularly restock popular items. If something you love is out of stock, sign up for restock alerts on the product page to be notified once it becomes available again.
