At ChicLady LLC, we want you to love what you wear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
  • Sale items, intimate wear (such as lingerie), and final clearance items cannot be returned unless defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  1. Email chicc@chicclo.shop with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our support team.
  3. Pack your item securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was incorrect or defective.


4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Include photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue quickly.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Lingerie and undergarments
  • Items marked “Final Sale”
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned after the 14-day window

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank or credit card statement.
  • Contact your payment provider—it may take additional time to post.
  • If still unresolved, contact us at chicc@chicclo.shop.
